OZI2OZI: Exchanging GPS positions with other Ozi users in 1 - 2 - 3

with a PocketPC (w/ Windows Mobile 2003), a GPS receiver (NMEA) and a cell phone.
The PPC and cellphone can be connected via data cable, IrDA, or Bluetooth.
The GPS receiver can be connected via data cable or Bluetooth.

     

1.Connected to GSM and OziExplorer 2.Received SMS (positions) from other users 3.Tracking with Ozi2Ozi (animation).

The program OZI2OZI makes it possible for users of OziExplorer (PPC) to exchange their positions via SMS.
Positions can be sent as SMS at regular intevals (5, 15, 60 or 180 minutes) or by clicking the "SEND" button.
The program can be used for tracking vehicles and can handle up to 250 objects at the same time.
It can also receive GPS-positions from BLUESKY, Track-Box, Benefon, G-19 or other micro-trackers.

The program can also send/receive ordinary SMS messages.

Tested with Siemens S45, Nokia, 6230, Nokia 6310i (InfraRed and Serial connections) using a Dell Axim X30 & Dell GPS (bluetooth).

Download ozi2ozi_ppc (updated 2006-04-18)

Then: copy the downloaded CAB file to a temporary catalog on the PDA.
Click on the file and the program will be installed under \Programs\Ozi2Ozi
